Lake Worth Beach, FL, May 6, 2021 – The finalists for the 2021 Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Leadership Awards were announced recently and I.T. Solutions of South Florida is a contender for Small Business of the Year.
“We’re thrilled to be a finalist,” said I.T. Solutions of South Florida CEO Deana Pizzo. “Our community has literally hundreds of thriving small businesses, employing thousands of people. To be recognized from among a group of that quality means a lot to us. It makes us even more committed to making an impact.”
In addition to sitting on the board of several important South Florida nonprofits, Pizzo’s community involvement led to the company becoming Executive Trustee Council Members of the Palm Beach North Chamber.
“We’ve been attending signature events like Artigras and Art Fest By The Sea for years now,” Pizzo said. “That’s part of the reason we’re so excited to be part of a chamber that is so community focused and makes such a positive impact locally.”
The nominees in each category were announced April 23.

In addition to Small Business of the Year, the other award categories are Business Of The Year, Community Leader Of The Year, Nonprofit Of The Year, Young Professional Of The Year, Gaeta Chairman’s Award Of Excellence, and Environmental Stewardship Award. The other nominees for Small Business of the Year are Bob Goldfarb Custom Clothing and Forming Brands.
The Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Leadership Awards honor outstanding leaders and businesses making an impact in the Palm Beach North community. According to the chamber, to be considered for the Small Business of the Year award, a company must have less than 26 employees and “exhibit exemplary customer service, commitment to the community, a successful response to adversity, and provides innovative products and/or services.”
