We celebrated several monumental milestones this year including our 15th anniversary, record-setting growth and a few unique new honors. Mike Gavaghen and Megan Knipper fit so effortlessly into the I.T. Solutions of South Florida family, it’s hard to believe they haven’t even celebrated their first anniversary with us yet! Megan’s empathetic and thorough approach to technical support makes her invaluable as a Network Engineer. Mike, our Vice President of Management Solutions, is well known for his dynamic educational speaking engagements. Mike has a booming voice and an outgoing personality, but his affinity for the New York Jets often leaves him heartbroken Sunday afternoons.

Award-Winning Year
For the first time in our award-winning history, the spotlight shone on Jason Pizzo individually as he was named a top-three finalist for the CIO of the Year award by the South Florida Business Journal for companies with revenue under $50 Million.
Even though he didn’t take the top prize, Jason was still a winner – scoring an extended test drive of a Porsche 718 Cayman from Porsche West Broward. The sleek performance machine, offering with paddle shifters and incredible speeds, was a dramatic upgrade for his daily commute and Jason made it to the office in record time!
During the CIO award ceremony, I.T.S. was also honored as 7th among the 2019 Fastest-Growing Technology Companies by the South Florida Journal. We’ve made this list a few times in recent history, but this year our growth was so dramatic, we were catapulted onto an even more exclusive SFBJ list – the Fastest Growing Companies in South Florida! We ranked 13th among the 25 finalists in the under $25 million revenue category. This was our first trip to the swanky Fast 50 awards ceremony!
We also received accolades from leading tech industry publications in 2019. CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, named I.T. Solutions of South Florida to its 2019 Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the Managed Security 100 category. We were also named as one of the world’s premier managed service providers on the prestigious 12th annual Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings.
